Camille Smith

Camille Smith is a multimedia artist concentrating on ceramics and painting. She is influenced by her Southern upbringing, Cajun culture, and her father’s cooking. Through her work, Camille memorializes the importance of family recipes and every day living through her art. These subjects are of interest to Camille because of the connections it brings to her audience. She has exhibited her work in various shows and venues in central Texas. She completed her thesis in Bachelor of Fine Arts at Texas State University. 

After graduating with her BFA, Camille has found a love of teaching others about ceramics. She teaches wheel throwing classes as well as hand building/sculpting.
